Unified Development Code
Crystal has several residential, commercial and industrial zoning districts which are intended to ensure that adjacent land uses are as compatible with each other as possible. The Unified Development Code (UDC) contains the land use regulations for each zoning district.

A development review application  may be required before a new use or building improvements are made. Information about these applications is found below. If your proposed project involves a business operation,  submit a business information form for staff review to determine which permits licenses or development approvals may be required.

DEVELOPMENT REVIEW APPLICATION

An application may be required before some proposed projects are allowed (handout regarding when an application is required). The Development Review Application Form is found here. Type 1 Review	Staff review only	- Adjacent Parcel Lot Conveyance  - Zoning Certificate
