The Employee Review Board hears and rules on non-organized employee grievances as defined in City Code Section 315 after normal grievance procedures have been completed. The membership, terms, qualifications, powers, duties and procedures of the review board must be fixed by ordinance. Members of the board are recommended by the manager and appointed by the City Council.
An annual meeting is held the first Thursday in April and thereafter as needed.
