This ten-member commission advises the city council in matters relating to the conservation of environmental resources, including the study and proposal of possible environmental policies; promote public education and awareness relating to such environmental issues. They also motivate interest in the proper use of, care for, the natural resources of the city.
Meetings are held the third Thursday of each month at 7 p.m. at City Hall.
